Attach the connector before installing the L-Jetronic in the compartment below the rider's seat.

At the front of the L-Jetronic there is a rectangular hole.

 

At the front of the connector there is a plastic "hook." Insert that hook into the rectangular hole.

 

Then rotate the back of the connector towards the L-Jetronic.

 

When it is fully seated you will hear the metal retainer spring click. Then install the L-Jetronic under the seat.

 

To remove the connector push the "top" of the spring back and rotate the rear of the connector away from the L-Jetronic.
